I brought vehicle in to have 2 issues fixed. I live an hour and a half away so it’s not easy to get off work and waste a whole day bringing it over there. I explained both issues on the phone when making the appointment, again when I arrived at the dealership, again when they advised me they were changing thermostat. Was told everything was fixed and after leaving vehicle still having the exact same issue. Called service department and they advised me they just forgot to check the issue after asking them to 3 times. He said I could bring it back another day and i explained the distance I live away but he offered no other help.

It was different in only paying for the service at the service department with delivery of the vehicle using a beeper to let you know that service was completed. Pickup invoice, keys and vehicle at the service location in the back of the dealership. Previous times in the past many years we would be brought the keys, invoice description for questioning if need be by a tech up front. Then we pay the cashier up front.

Only issue i have is the online scheduling for Freedom Chevrolet. It will not let me make appointments. Which it makes it so much easier. I have went through trouble shooting on my end. It’s not the issue. Because I can make appointments at any other dealership but Freedom. Hope it can be looked into.
